Danielle Maybury is a Licensed Master Social Worker and the Program Manager of the Re-Entry and Community Support Services Programs at View Point Health. View Point Health strives to provide the best service to everyone with a Total Care Perspective. View Point Health is one of 27 agencies created by the state of Georgia to provide a safety net of care for behavioral health and developmental disabilities. View Point Health provides individual and group counseling, medication management, recovery, community, and crisis stabilization services.
Danielle has worked for View Point Health for over five years and started as the Behavioral Health Re-Entry Coordinator focusing on the needs of individuals re-entering the community from the Gwinnett County Detention Center and in partnership with the Gwinnett Re-Entry and Intervention Program. She then moved on to become the Team Lead of the Re-Entry Program where she developed a similar program in DeKalb and Fulton Counties. She was then given the opportunity to also bring her expertise to Rockdale County in assisting the Rockdale Re-Entry Intervention and Prevention Program along with her programs in Gwinnett, DeKalb, and Fulton Counties. She also oversees the Community Support Services Program which is a team in DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Rockdale, and Newton Counties providing care coordination and skills building to individuals in the community. Danielle’s Re-Entry Team has been awarded the CIT Gold Partnership Award from NAMI Georgia for their partnership in providing Crisis Intervention Training to local law enforcement officers in the Metro Atlanta Area. The Re-Entry Team has also been recognized by the Gwinnett County Commissioners Office and Governor’s Office for their partnership with the Gwinnett County Re-Entry Intervention Program. Danielle is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s School of Social Work.
